In January of 2018, Primary Properties established Engel & Völkers Honolulu, operating under the continued leadership of license partner Kay Mukaigawa, a local resident and real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in Hawaii real estate. With two shop locations, Engel & Völkers Honolulu continues to service the entire island of Oahu and is licensed to do business on all islands. Mukaigawa and her team of 60 plus real estate advisors, represent both local and global home buyers and sellers drawn to Hawaii’s exceptional beaches, diverse cultures, quality of life and Aloha spirit, along with its many historic and iconic natural landmarks.
