Founded in 2003, Primary Properties was established with the purpose of providing the local community of Hawaii with the finest real estate service in the state. Since opening in January of 2018 as Engel & Völkers Honolulu, we proceed to operate under the continued leadership of Kay Mukaigawa, a local resident and Real Estate professional with over 35 years of experience in Hawaii Real Estate.
